The Operator retains exclusive worldwide ownership of the Platform architecture, including streaming delivery pipelines, recommendation arrays, Prism Clashes, Launchpad Ad Vaults, Coin Clans, Aura Shifters, Catalyst tier engines, micro-behavioral scroll velocity systems, and all associated source code, schemas, and trade dress.

Zaliplay trademarks, logos, interface chrome, and the Ƶ utility symbol are Operator property. No license is granted to reverse engineer, scrape, clone, or reproduce Platform mechanics outside authorized API boundaries.

Unauthorized derivative works, competitive replicas, or misappropriation of system branding marks are strictly prohibited. User content ownership is addressed in Section 5; Platform technology ownership is non-transferable.

For every one (1) sponsored Launchpad or advertiser asset inserted into a feed tray, up to three (3) continuous organic view slots are reserved for creator-published content. This ratio governs home, shorts, and marketplace discovery surfaces unless a feature explicitly discloses a different cadence.

Sponsored assets are labeled at render time and may receive amplified visibility weighting within the dual-track matrix. Organic slots are ranked by engagement signals, creator affinity levers, and integrity filters independent of paid insertion.

The Operator may adjust pagination density for performance, fraud prevention, or regional compliance without altering the disclosed 1:3 structural intent. Users acknowledge that ad inventory availability varies by geography and campaign funding.

Ƶ (Zali utility credits) are utilized exclusively for creator tipping, interactive Catalysts, Launchpad ad campaign funding, and in-ecosystem purchases. They are not legal tender, securities, or deposit accounts.

The Platform maintains a fixed golden processing ratio of 1 Token = $0.01 USD for internal accounting, display, and checkout normalization. External exchange rates do not apply to ledger balances.

CLOSED-LOOP ANTI-GAMBLING PROTECTIONS: Tokens cannot be redeemed for cash except through authorized creator payout flows subject to compliance review. Purchased bundles are non-refundable, non-transferable between unrelated accounts, and may not be traded on external secondary marketplaces. Users may not wager tokens on uncertain outcomes not expressly provided by licensed Platform game mechanics.

Platform revenue share, network gateway pass-through fees, and withdrawal minimums are disclosed at transaction time. Synthetic traffic, bot farming, and fraudulent ad impressions trigger immediate balance forfeiture and permanent account termination.

NEIGHBORHOOD: Device coordinates are truncated to a four-character geohash sector (~1 km) before any pin is emitted. This mode balances local discovery with coarse position masking.

CITY_CENTER: Coordinates snap to a metropolitan centroid derived from a three-character geohash prefix. Individual street-level precision is never transmitted to other users or the public radar API.

GHOST_MODE: Location queries are suppressed entirely. Town Square renders a regional default grid without publishing your position. You may change tiers at any time from onboarding or account settings.

Town Square is a digital discovery tool only—not navigation, safety, or emergency services. Users assume full liability for physical actions, meetups, or gatherings arranged through map pins. The Operator is held harmless against real-world disputes arising from location features.

By publishing, uploading, or broadcasting text, short-form reels, long-form videos, or live stream data, you grant the Operator a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, and sub-licensable license to utilize, reproduce, edit, crop, format, and distribute said content.

This authorization is granted strictly for the Platform's global marketing, commercial advertising, social syndication, and brand visibility acquisition campaigns across all external digital channels and alternative web environments.

Syndication is intended to maximize your personal discovery curve by routing visibility and attribution mechanics back to your native profile channel. The Operator may display your username, profile avatar frame, and visual likeness alongside promotional asset packages to ensure clean attribution.

You expressly waive the right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against the Operator.

You waive the right to a jury trial for any dispute arising from Platform use, token purchases, payouts, content moderation, location features, or syndication.

All structural transactional or app-usage disputes must be resolved exclusively through confidential, individual, binding private arbitration under the Operator's home jurisdiction rules, unless prohibited by non-waivable local law.

IN-APP REQUEST: Authenticated users may submit a deletion request from account settings or by contacting privacy@zaliplay.com from their registered email or verified phone number. We may require re-authentication before marking account_deletion_requested on your profile.

DAY 0 — FLAG & LOCK: Upon confirmed deletion, your profile is deactivated, public content is hidden, live streams terminate, and API tokens revoke. You may cancel a pending deletion within seventy-two (72) hours by signing in and selecting "Cancel Deletion Request".

DAYS 1–29 — CASCADE ERASURE: Scheduled jobs delete avatar media, display names, refresh tokens, device attestations, engagement metrics, algorithmic lever preferences, non-settled draft uploads, and marketing telemetry tied to your user ID.

DAY 30 — FINAL PURGE: Remaining personal identifiers (email, phone, username, tax registration number) are irreversibly anonymized or deleted. The user row is removed or replaced with a non-identifying tombstone UUID. Account restoration is impossible after this point.

IMMUTABLE LEDGER EXCLUSIONS: Completed withdrawal requests, wallet ledger entries, coin transactions, and platform fee allocations may be retained in pseudonymized form for seven (7) years or as required by applicable law. Deletion pauses if an open escrow hold, chargeback, or law-enforcement packet references your account.
